MineCon Voting 2019: Details of All Biomes are Known

Average rating: 2

A few weeks ago, a clip appeared on the Mojang YouTube channel with the announcement of voting for the biome, which will be improved in Minecraft 1.15. And now we’ve added a video with a more detailed overview of each of them. This will help players make their choice and confidently vote on MineCon. Like last year, on rollers you can see new mobs, plants and other innovations that should make the gameplay more interesting.

There are no complex references or hints in the commercials; all the information is pretty obvious. Like last year, the videos are presented in the form of small cartoons in which Jeb and LadyAgnes give a brief overview of each of the three biomes. We expect such changes:

  • cacti, tumbleweeds (the first moving block in the game), as well as vultures that can steal loot after the death of a player will appear in the wasteland;
  • mangroves and frogs will appear on the swamp, in addition, a boat with a chest will be added to the game;
  • the mountains will become more dangerous, jagged cliffs, snow peaks will appear, and mountain goats will act as new mobs.

Recall that Mojang promises to update all of the above biomes, and the vote will determine which one will receive the update first and will fall into next version.
