At yesterday’s Gamescom conference, news was announced that would delight all owners of latest generation NVidia GPUs. Full-fledged RTX support will be added to the game, which will allow for realistic ray tracing and completely transform the graphics. Now players can achieve a similar effect with realistic shaders, but very soon, modern graphics will be part of the vanilla Minecraft. Nothing is known about the release date, perhaps it will be announced at the nearest Minecon.
