Bee Better mod slightly expands the beekeeping options in the game. With vanilla styling, it looks like it is part of an update. With it, a lot of new decorative blocks, as well as useful items, will appear in the game.
The decorative part of the mod includes new hives, now their color will depend on what kind of wood they are made of. Also, you can craft stone and metal hives. In addition, there will be many more wax blocks in the game, they have different patterns and shades, which will help map creators to realize more interesting projects.
The mod also adds the following set of items and blocks:
- Liquid honey. You can carry it in a bucket and fill the holes like water or lava. It is very difficult to swim in such a liquid, it slows down the movement and can direct in random directions.
- Bee sting. The sword-like weapon has low damage but high attack speed.
- Candles. Made of wax, color changeable with dye, a good alternative to a torch.
- Hive analyzer. A subject that will allow you to get information useful for beekeepers. By clicking on the hive with the analyzer in hand, you will get information about the number of bees and honey inside.
Also, the mod has several built-in achievements related to new items and blocks.
How to install Bee Better mod
- Make sure you have installed Fabric Mod Loader and Fabric API.
- Download the mod for your version of the game.
- Put it in the ‘mods’ folder, which is located in the game folder.
