The Update Aquatic update has added sunken ships to Minecraft, and with the Ships out on the Oceans datapack you can even meet floating ships. They will be divided into two types. On some you will meet friendly sailors who willingly agree to trade. Others can be called pirated, as their owners will immediately attack you. For technical reasons, ships always spawn over the underwater ruins, so you can easily find them in creative mode by writing /locate Ocean_Ruins.
How to install Ships out on the Oceans datapack
- Download the archive with datapack.
- Unpack folders to specified folders.
- Load your saved game and execute the command /reload.
- Datapak is ready to use (within the chosen save).
