With the Opposite Dimensions mod, you can get new impressions of Minecraft. It will add a mirror-like dimension where all the usual rules work the other way around. Peaceful and aggressive mobs will swap places, and even some structures will be generated in a new way.
To enter the new world, you need to craft two new items: a mirror and an inverted flint and steel. You can see their recipes in the screenshot or look through JEI. You need to build an arch from the mirrors, and then set it on fire with a new flint.
Once in a new dimension, you will have to think about your every action, because at first everything will be very unpredictable. You can easily be attacked by chickens or cows, and the latter act in a flock, as wolves do in the original Minecraft. At the same time, now you can not be afraid of zombies, creepers and other undead. They will stop attacking villages, instead the villagers will hunt and attack the mobs from which they used to hide. Lava and water also changed their properties. Entering the hot magma, you will be healed, but water kills player instantly.
How to install Opposite Dimensions mod
- Make sure you have installed Minecraft Forge.
- Download the mod for your version of the game.
- Put it in the ‘mods’ folder, which is located in the game folder.
