With the Lockable Chests data pack, you can secure your chests from being hacked by creating a special key for them. Now you can not be afraid to leave your property when playing online because it will be securely hidden.
To create a closed chest, you will need two books with a feather. Taking the book in hand, you need to perform the following sequence of actions:
- on the first page, write #Lock#, and on the second – any set of characters that will be your password, then click “Finish”;
- duplicate what was written in the second book;
- take any of the two books, hold down Shift and right-click on the chest;
- sign the book and put it in the last slot of the chest.
Thereafter, the chest will be closed, it will not be possible to open or break it. The only way is to take the second book in your hand and right-click on it.
