Hydrogen is an effective optimization mod that reduces RAM load. It will be most effective when working with large mod packs. But the result will be noticeable even on the vanilla version of the game. The mod can be used both on the server and on the client.
How to install Hydrogen mod
- Make sure you have installed Fabric Mod Loader and Fabric API.
- Download the mod for your version of the game.
- Put it in the ‘mods’ folder, which is located in the game folder.

Issue: When I click on Singleplayer, Minecraft starts to reload like I did a texture pack reload.
After removing Hydrogen, the program started fine, but I also found out that it removed all of my texture packs except Fabric Mods and the original textures.
