Create an elytra yourself instead of searching the End Dimension. The Craftable Elytra datapack will add a rather expensive, but still the real recipe for its creation. You will need a Nether Star, an Eye of Ender, and other resources.
How to install Craftable Elytra datapack
- Download the archive with datapack.
- Open the datapacks folder in your save (saves are located at .minecraft/saves).
- Copy the datapack folder there.
- Load your saved game and execute the command /reload.
- Datapack is ready to use (within the chosen save).
