Craftable Enchanted Golden Apple Mod brings back the old recipe for that was removed when Minecraft switched to version 1.9. The recipe is the same, you need to surround the apple with gold blocks. Now you can not spend a huge amount of time searching, but create a valuable item yourself, albeit at a fairly high cost.

How to install Craftable Enchanted Golden Apple mod

Make sure you have installed Minecraft Forge.
Download the mod for your version of the game.
Put it in the ‘mods’ folder, which is located in the game folder.
