You will appear next to a desert village where you can immediately find a forge. Right next to it in shallow water are the remains of a sunken ship, on which you can profit from the contents of several chests. Continuing along the sea in the same direction, you will very soon reach a location with an iceberg and polar bears. If you move deep into the land, you can find another village, as well as a mushroom biome.
