Placebo is a library that is used in many mods by the well-known developer Shadows_of_Fire, and is needed in many modpacks. The most famous of these are Simple Storage Network and Apotheosis. By itself, it does not add anything to the game and is only needed if the mod requires it.
How to install Placebo library
- Make sure you have installed Minecraft Forge.
- Download the mod for your version of the game.
- Put it in the ‘mods’ folder, which is located in the game folder.
