With the GuardsCraft mod, you will feel like royalty, because you can hire guards to protect you and the buildings. The mod will add two types of units to the game: melee and ranged, among which there is a swordsman, lancer, archer, crossbowman and others. They can only be hired for a new currency, which will be mined by melting gold nuggets in a furnace. Also, you need to use special tables that need to be crafted from 7 planks, a banner and a wooden sword or bow.
Hints:
- right-click to make the guard follow you or stay;
- Shift + right click to switch units to defense or attack mode;
- you can heal a wounded guard if you right-click on him while holding food in your hand;
- if units are in defense mode, then they cannot follow you.
How to install GuardsCraft mod
- Make sure you have installed Minecraft Forge.
- Download the mod for your version of the game.
- Put it in the ‘mods’ folder, which is located in the game folder.
