If you like baby pets in Minecraft, and you don’t want them to grow up too quickly, then use the Baby Mobs data pack. It is elementary: so that a tamed mob does not grow up, it needs to be given a name using a tag, using the word “Baby” at the beginning.
How to install Baby Mobs data pack
- Download the archive with data pack.
- Open the data packs folder in your save (saves are located at .minecraft/saves).
- Copy the data pack folder there.
- Load your saved game and execute the command /reload.
- Data pack is ready to use (within the chosen save).
