Another part of the village is located below, at the foot of the mountain. Near it you can find a big underwater Nether portal, at point 150 ~ 75. Also, not far from the spawn is an whole ship. But you will have to make an effort to get to it, since the ship is under the sand, at point 50 58 -290. When you come down from the mountain, you can also go to coordinates -240 ~ 235. There you will find a desert pyramid and a village near it.
