Poor underwater visibility in Minecraft can make the game very difficult, but you can fix it by installing the Clarity mod. It eliminates blue haze, giving you nearly the same vision as on land.

How to install Clarity mod

Make sure you have installed Minecraft Forge.
Download the mod for your version of the game.
Put it in the ‘mods’ folder, which is located in the game folder.
