This seed generates a nice place at the start. You will spawn in a deserted village on an island. It doesn’t have any trees on it, so you can try this hardcore survival seed. Around the island, you will find several ships and underwater ruins, and next to it, on the nearest large island, you can loot the desert temple at 280 ~ 25.
