If you are going to start survival in snapshots of version 1.16, then this seed will be an excellent choice. Using it, you can find the village, ship and Nether portal near the start. The spawn point is located right in the middle of the village, here you will also find a ship, which is partially located on the shore. The portal stands in the middle of the swamp at coordinates -580 ~ -380. Near it is a chest with a valuable loot.
