In this seed you will spawn next to the village and the ocean ruins, which are almost entirely on land. If you go to coordinates 7 ~ 1, then on one of the mountain ledges you will see a mountain village with one house. There is a market and several villagers at the top of the mountain. You can try to finish building this village and help villagers get down from this mountain.
