With this seed you will start the game in the island village with Nether portal. This is a great starting location. The village is surrounded by other islands. Nether portal is very close, it is under water at coordinates 16 ~ 0. A little further you will find underwater ruins (120 ~ 72). And for wasteland fans, there will be a surprise at coordinates 330 ~ 515. There you will find a huge mesa island.
