On the OneBlock map, you have to start surviving on just one block. At the very beginning it will be the most difficult, because the game starts without resources and any incorrect movement will lead to a fall into the abyss. Custom recipes and achievements, as well as other interesting features, are implemented here. Hint: the starting block is restored when breaking, try to use this for survival.
If you can’t find any recipe, use these tips:
Cobblestone, oak seedlings, sand and eight cobblestones pack
Gravel, torch and a iron Nuggets
Clay, buckets of water, magma block and buckets of lava
Sword upgrade
Full set of chain mail armor
We recommend playing this map with the Above the Clouds textures, which will make the area around more picturesque.
How to install OneBlock map
- Download the archive.
- Unzip its contents into the ‘saves’ folder located in the game folder.
- Launch Minecraft, start a game, choosing the world OneBlock.

So I think this is not going to be what you expect and that you only get dirt but one dirt makes a sapling for dirt makes cobblestone so if you put all of the crafting recipes together right you can make a nether portal where if you are in 1.16 makes things a lot easier.

You can’t have water in the bucket and it is crafted with the magma block above the bucket in a crafting table.

when i downloaded oneblock for minecraft 1.16,1 it downloaded for mincraft 1.16.0
I’ve played the previous version of oneblock with no issues, but in this version not only does the block not respawn fast enough to catch you from falling so you have to cheat in at least one other block to stand a chance at progress, but it also seems to just be giving dirt blocks infinitely without ever changing (I’ve mined enough for 3 whole stacks of dirt and still no change). Very disappointing.
